If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We offer a 14-day exchange and returns Policy.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT Shipment Policy
If items are defective, damaged during shipment, or incorrect, please notify us via telephone at +16467668402 or email at email@example.com within three days of shipment arrival.
If you received an incorrect/broken/damaged item, please do the following steps:
- Take pictures of all the wrong/damaged items
- Please email them to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Include your order number and the incorrect/ damaged items quantity you received
Order Cancellation Policy
You are entitled to request your Order's cancellation before shipping without giving any reason for doing so. In the case the item has shipped, you must receive the item and request an RMA. The deadline for canceling by RMA request for the Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the merchandise. To request a cancellation, you can either email us or call us to cancel the Order.
Change of Mind Policy
In the case, you change your mind before we were shipping your Order or after you have received your order, you can contact us to request either a cancelation for unshipped items or you can request an RMA for the item you want to return.

Returning Goods Policy.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We highly recommend that you send your order back to us insured and trackable through the shipping service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.
Once RMA Is requested Return instructed will be provided on where to ship the item
Conditions for Returns
In Order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or personalized.
- The supply of goods which, according to their nature, are not suitable to be returned deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
- Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
If the item is received and the customer wants to return it, they must request RMA within 14 days of receiving it.
Defective merchandise can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving it, and after that, it will qualify for the one-year Manufacturer Warranty.
If the item shipped is incorrect, we will gladly replace it with the correct one and provide a return label to return the wrong item to our warehouse.
We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
Product(s) sold through hippogadgets.com are serviced and supported by other manufacturers following any terms and conditions packaged with the products or us.
If you need to return the product(s) to us for warranty, please contact Customer Service Support at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please ship back the product(s) in the original packaging with any accessories as advised by Customer Service Support. Failure to do so may invalidate the warranty.
