Product(s) sold through makeneonsign.com are serviced and supported by us or other manufacturers in accordance with any terms and conditions packaged with the products.

If you need to return the product(s) to us for a warranty, please contact the Customer Service Support at support@makeneonsign.com

Please ship back the product(s) in the original packaging with any accessories as advised by Customer Service Support. Failure to do so may invalidate the warranty.

We will not accept the return of product(s) that are not compatible with your system configuration, product damaged during shipment to and from, or products misused by the customer / shipping carrier or hold by customs.
